20 new members join UNE

A dozen new members join UNE


More than ten leading associations, entities and companies in the Spanish production and economic fabric have become UNE associative members of the Spanish Association for Standardisation-UNEbringing total membership to more than 500.

UNE members are the real driving force and support of the standardisation system, representing virtually all of Spain's business and economic fabric. UNE's members are committed to the product and service quality of their respective sectors.

Being a member means belonging a network of multisectoral and international contacts, an exemplary case of public-private partnership.

All companies that wish to do so can join UNE: corporate (sector associations), members (companies and institutions) and individuals.

The latest UNE members are:

  • AEFA (Spanish Agricultural Nutrients Manufacturers Association)
  • AMPIMEX (Association of companies in the Community of Madrid devoted to the maintenance of fire prevention and extiguishing systems and equipment)
  • APGP (Association of Project Management Professionals)
  • ASEPAU (Spanish Association of Universal Accessibility Professionals)
  • CICYTEX (Centre for Scientific and Technological Research of Extremadura)
  • CGCPDE (General Council of Dentristry Colleges of Spain)
  • ITI (IT Technology Centre)
  • UCLM (University of Castilla-La Mancha)
  • UFD (UFD Electricity Distribution)

Other noteworthy entities that have recently become incorporated into the UNE associatiive base include:  ADINE AEE, AERCE, AIFIM, AMI, ANAGRUAL, ANFACA, ASFARES, AUTELSI, COMINROC, CONFEDEM, FELAB, FNP, UNESPA, AIMPLAS, COITT, EICON Estanterías Industriales, ENAIRE, GBCe, JUUL Labs Spain, QCG and ReMa-Ingeniería.
