According to the situation report by the Spanish Confederation of Construction Materials Manufacturers' Associations (CEPCO), construction materials manufacturers exported products valued at €10,416 million in the first five months of the year, which is 2.34% up on 2017 and 13.36% more than 2016, with a commercial balance of €2,683 million. These figures represent 8.7% of total exports in the Spanish economy.
