The campaign was presented recently Spain For Sure, a joint project promoted by the Secretary of State for Global Spain, the Leading Brands of Spain Forum, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE).
Generating trust is key to leaving the crisis quickly and stronger. The Spanish Association for Standardization (UNE) in collaboration with the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ICTE) have published 21 UNE specifications for the different tourist activities, with best practices to minimise the risk of contagion from COVID-19, thus generating trust among visitors.
Along this line, Spain has presented an initiative to develop a future International ISO specification to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 in the tourism sector, based on UNE and ICTE Specifications.
