According to the Special Statistical Report on Foreign Trade 2018, prepared by the Spanish Confederation of Associations of Construction Product Manufacturers (CEPCO), the Spanish Construction Products Manufacturers sector exported materials worth 24,917 million euros in the last financial year. This figure represents an increase of 4.71% compared to 2017 and 13.32% compared to 2016. In this regard, the contribution of Spanish exports from the sector to the European sector represents 5.43%, with Spain being the fourth largest producer country with the highest number of exports in the last five years, behind Germany, Italy and France; and the sixth in absolute terms of exports.
