La Spanish Association for Standardization, UNE, held a meeting today at its head offices with the new Managing Director of AMETIC, Pilar Roch, to continue promoting the joint work of both entities.
The meeting was attended by the Director General of UNE and Vice-President of ISO, Javier García, accompanied by Edmundo Fernández, AMETIC Representative at UNE, and Paloma García, Director of Standardisation Programmes and Stakeholder Engagement.
AMETIC has been a member of the Spanish standardisation body since its founding, forms part of its Board and leads the development of key standards for its associates and the digital transformation of Spanish society.
Pilar Roch is a lawyer and economist by training and has nearly 20 years of experience in multinational companies in the technology industry and publishing, as well as in managing startups related to the sector.
