The Standard ISO 10667 Procedures and methods to assess people in work and organizational settings is intended to provide clear and concise guidelines for best practices in staff assessment in employment contexts from a measurable and globally applicable evidence-based perspective.
The standard, which covers the entire working life cycle, describes the competences, obligations and responsibilities of customers and suppliers, before, during and after the assessment process, providing guidelines for all parties involved in the process. It is structured into two parts: customer requirements and requirements for assessment service providers.
