The New International Standard for Customer Contact Centres has been presented

In a seminar organised by UNE and AEERC.

• The ISO 18295, which has been added to the catalogue of Spanish standards, specifies the service requirements for Customer Contact Centres, and represents a step forward in management excellence for these centres.

• This new Standard replaces the UNE-EN 15838; among other improvements, the ISO will access new international markets; it presents a clearer structure of the relationship between the three parties (client organisation, CCC and end customer) and it will improve client experience and satisfaction.
