The Spanish Association for Standardization held the UNE Meeting on the “European Machinery Regulation” on September 30 in an online format. The event was aimed at UNE corporate members and other stakeholders interested in the field of industrial machinery.
The main objectives of this meeting were:
- To report on the new European Machinery Regulation and its impact on the sector.
- To create an interest group specialized in machinery within the UNE ecosystem.
- To promote networking between members, sharing common problems and creating synergies.
- To strengthen the role of technical standards as a key tool for legislative compliance and internationalization of the sector.
