ASPROSET - ASOCIACIÓN SECTORIAL DE PROVEEDORES DE SERVICIOS DE TRADUCCIÓN

Standardization of: Translation services provided by translation companies as free-lance translators in regard to: - terminology of the sector; - translations procedures including the preparation, performance and review of the target language text; - management of the documentation produced by the translation activity; - translation project management; - equipment and technical resources for developing the activity; - human resources and its competence as well as, if any, the outsourcing criteria; - quality requirements specified in translation processes; - customer relationship, including contract relation from the offer to the target language text delivery, and the responsibility toward the customer; - specific requirements in relation with translation service provision; as well as consecutive and simultaneous interpretation. Excluding: - Acoustical aspects; - equipments and systems of audio or telecommunications; - translation services to the sign language for disabled people; which are competence of other committees.
