The new global standard for innovation management, in UNE magazine

​​​The November issue of the UNE magazine is now available:

• New global ISO standard for innovation management. The new Standard ISO 56001 provides a structured framework for organizations worldwide to establish, implement, maintain and improve an innovation management system. It has already been adopted as a European standard and will be available in the UNE national catalogue at the beginning of 2025, as UNE-EN ISO 56001.
  

• Promotion of standards for digitalisation in the European Construction Products Regulation. The new Regulation includes significant changes related to the challenges of the ecological and digital transition in the construction industry. UNE is carrying out intensive activities to ensure the successful deployment of these public policies through its initiatives.

• Comprehensive approach to standards on explosive atmospheres. The creation of a robust regulatory framework in the national, European and international sphere is essential to ensuring a more secure and sustainable future in industries with potential risk of explosion.

• ​​International and European leadership of Spanish standardisation. Interview with Fermín Gómez Fraile (General Secretary of the Spanish Association of Non-Destructive Testing (AEND)): "standardisation is fundamental in the field of non-destructive testing".

• Standardisation in action: UNE Subcommittee on Private Security Services. The CTN-UNE 196/SC 5 is part of the UNE Committee on Risk Management, Security and Resilience (CTN-UNE 109) to create synergies among the various national stakeholders involved in these areas.
