The European standardization bodies CEN and CENELEC, and Orgalim, which represents technology industries in Europe, will organize the panel "Leveraging the power of standardization for business success", to be held on 5 October from 16:50 to 18:00 as part of EU Industry Days 2023, which will take place from 4 to 6 October in Malaga.
This gathering will present the experiences that companies across Europe have had with standards and their role in contributing to business growth. To this end, the event will feature leading speakers from the world of business and standardization: Matthias Bölke, Vice-President of Industrial Strategy at Schneider Electric; Patrick Cox, Managing Director of the TREE Consortium; Albert Casas, Director General of UNEX; and Giovanni Collot, Director of Communication Projects at CEN and CENELEC.
EU Industry Days is the most important annual event in Europe. Attendees will discuss industrial policy, pioneers in the industry will interact and the knowledge base of European industry will be promoted. Every year, companies, employers, organizations, national ministries, regional officials and other stakeholders in the sector are offered the opportunity to organize their own sessions as part of the official programme.
