Field of Activity:
Standardization of: Products, test methods and instruments used in the field of ophthalmic optics, including fundamentals, terminology, optical components, instruments and accessories, auxiliary devices and quality requirements. Excluding: Standardization for specific items in the field of cinematography and photography, fibre optic for telecommunication, road signalisation, lighting and colour and implants for surgery as well as activities which are within the scope of other technical committees.
