The draft of the future international standard ISO/IEC 27102 on “Cyberinsurance” is open for a public consultation process by the ISO member countries until 18 March 2019.
This future standard will provide guidelines for the management of cyberinsurance by an organisation as a risk treatment option. This announcement was made by the Spanish Association for Standardisation-UNE during Insurance Week.
The project is monitored by the Technical Standardisation Committee CTN 320 "Cybersecurity and data protection" created within the UNE, Spain's standardisation association.
