On 1 March, the Spanish Association for Standardisation, UNE, will be hosting the in-person event Standards for human resources management: Open session of the UNE 314 Committee, at the UNE head office (Calle Génova, 6. Madrid).
Once again, the UNE 314 Committee has prepared a highly-interesting programme for managers and professionals in this field who are present in all companies and organisations, either as internal staff or subcontracted by a specialised consultancy.
The session's central themes will be, on the one hand, the use of the standard metrics for the preparation of reports with a practical application approach; and on the other hand, an issue of absolute relevance such as correct gender mainstreaming in any organisation. In addition, the chair of the UNE 314 Committee will be interviewing some of its members on the value it contributes to the exercise of their profession, to be an active part of international standardisation.
Participation in the session is free, after registration. Places are limited.
