- Horizontal aspects which are common to the different service sectors or a group of them. Horizontal aspects are considered those phases a service normally undergoes (design, commercialization and marketing, provision, billing, revision or service termination) as well as their management, procedures and excellence, among others;

and of,

- The activity of specific services, in all aspects useful to define and distinguish them (internal organization, quality requirements, service level or other), as long as they do not have their own committee.

Excluding services which are the competence of other CTN.
